I propose that Human Powered Flight could be available to anyone who is strong and rich enough, micro-motors could be available to those who don't have the strength. The main difference my proposal has is the combining of two flight design ideas. There are fantasticaly made wings and propellors, made by geniuses. There are Lighter Than Air ships (LTA) that can move around with pedal powered propellors. Nobody has combined the two, make a neutral bouyant aircraft with wings and a propellor. Use the airflow over the wings to create positive or negative lift and maximum control.

The Flying Couch

Pedals, Helium and Wings! Fly when you want, sit and hover when you want.
Wings for lift is really hard work, so only use them for altitude adjustments.
